With heavy and solid saws, Mayer relies on consistently high quality and advanced machine design. The overall concept is also convincing: The heavy construction with pressure rails and the steel material shifter, the simple operation in one-handed operation guarantee high performance and accuracy in a rational blank of board material. The saw carriage with the main and pre-cutting unit with a cutting height of up to 100 mm moves on a hardened and ground system guided along circular profiles. The automatic adjustment of the cutting height guarantees the optimal cutting angle of the blade into the material. The pressure beam opens depending on the height of the material, which reduces the time required to move the material to a minimum. Air table function. The air nozzles are integrated into a solid steel table, which ensures absolute accuracy and unchanged cut quality, and also facilitates material handling. The roller support track facilitates the movement of the board material by means of a slider and guarantees the precise transport of the material to the cutting line.
