Beschreibung:	Abfüllmaschine - Verschiedene Ausstattungen PeckaStroje PA001 Gebrauchtmaschine Use: The machine is made of stainless steel, it is suitable for use in food, cosmetic and chemical operations. (Not suitable for explosive atmosphere) The machine is suitable for filling liquids with low and high viscosity. E.g: - Water, sanitizing agents, paints, creams, dairy products, sauces and flavorings, spreads, salads, delicate meat mixes, etc. Function description: The machine doses the product on the principle of volumetric dosing. The machine can be equipped with a weighing platform for mass dosing. The tank is filled with the dosed product, it can be filled manually or with the help of a refilling pump, for which a flange is prepared in the lid (a level sensor for automatic refilling can also be connected). The dosing unit takes the product from the tank and pumps it through the pipe to the nozzle. The nozzle will be manufactured according to the specifications of the dispensed product, including hoses and pipes. The packaging material is inserted under the nozzle manually. Dosing will take place after each button (pedal) press, or at regular time intervals. Individual settings for different products and volumes are stored in the recipe database in the machine and can be easily uploaded and modified â to speed up machine preparation. The machine can be additionally equipped with a conveyor for automation, carousel movement of packaging material, or connect the nozzle to another packaging line. The frame of the machine and the location of the components can be additionally adjusted according to the customers wishes. Machine performance: The performance depends on the dispensed product, the amount and the speed of the operator.
