The WDN0004 automatic edgebander has been designed for the hot use of
pre-glued tapes for finishing linear and shaped panels. Thanks to this
technology, the thickness between the edge and the panel is
practically non-existent, allowing an excellent finish. Quick to
register and start. In just 2 minutes the machine is ready to work.
Product of the Italian brand Freutek, it is made with a
scratch-resistant worktop and sturdy sheet metal structure, equipped
with an automatic feeder. With double scrapers for a clean and
glue-free result. Automatic facing of the front and rear excess edge.
Equipped with auxiliary rollers located on the working base to obtain
an optimal pressure of the panel on the gluing unit. it is equipped
with a powerful 3.59 Kw motor for working. The Freutek WDN0004 is
complete with protection against accidental burns for maximum safety
during processing, it is equipped with a height-adjustable edge guide,
rubber pre-belt roller, double flat scrapers on both sides of the
panel and excess edge trimmer. Edge thickness 0,4-2 mm. Panel
thickness min/max. 12/43 mm. Feeding speed 7 m/min.
