CapabilitiesThis second hand bottling equipment integrates the key

pressure filling, crown capping, labeling, conveying and accumulation.
An acetal flex-chain conveyor and Ø1000 mm collection table support
bottle transfer and downstream accumulation. The bottle exit wash

rinsing section uses an inverted-bottle process with fluid injection
followed by air or gas expulsion. Separate water and gas circuits,
gravity-assisted and forced draining, an automatic rinsing screw feed
and rinser bypass support flexible bottle preparation. The rinser can
be configured for single-stage or dual-stage operation.The filling
module uses isobaric technology for beer applications, while the
single-head crown capper is supplied with a separate capsule elevator.
A false-bottle system is included for foam-jet nozzle washing. The
independent GAI 6013 self-adhesive labeling station provides a
dedicated labeling stage within the bottling workflow.Installation
Requirements & Site PreparationInstallation requires a 400V, 3-phase,
50Hz electrical connection. Site preparation should provide suitable
utilities for the rinsing water circuit, air or gas circuit, filling
operation, cleaning procedures and conveyor system. Adequate access
around the monoblock is recommended for format changes, cleaning,
inspection and service work. The included collection table has a
Ø1000 mm diameter.Safety Standards & Compliance CertificationThe line
includes infrared sterilization elements on the rinser, filler and
capper, together with water and air filtration kits that support
hygienic beverage production. A PED-certified rinsing tank is
included. Documentation supplied with the equipment includes the CE
Declaration of Conformity, food-contact materials declaration,
electrical schematics and technical data sheet.
