The hydraulic mould closing unit, operating with a closing force of 90 tons, is protected with significantly offset fixed and movable covers facilitating the installation of complex moulds with their accessories. The mounted moulds can be a minimum of 225 mm high, while the mould clamping plates have dimensions (L x W) of 615 x 615 mm. A MOOG-BUHL CNC control unit enables the machine to operate in any desired manual or automatic mode, as well as setting and monitoring the injection process parameters.
