Main components and their function:
- Rasper RR-315: 315 kW Siemens motor, capacity 3 tons per hour,
product size 12 to 25 mm, double-sided usable blades, cooling system,
weight 24,000 kg. Performs pre-shredding of the material.
- Granulator RG-90, 2 units: 90 kW Siemens motor each, capacity 1.2
tons per hour each,product size 0.8 to 4 mm, user-friendly screen
change, cooling system, weight 7,600 kg each.Performs fine granulation
of the material.
- Vibration conveyors, 2 units: 1.5 kW each, loosens material and
includes suction connection.
- Permanent magnetic separators, 2 units: 1.5 kW each, extracts steel
from the material.
- Screw conveyors, 3 units: 3 kW each, frequency controlled,
transports material.
- Vibration screens, 2 units: 1.5 kW each, performs coarse and fine
screening.
