Inductive hardening machine for bolts M8 and M10 with year of
manufacture 2019
The equipment is designed for automatic inductive hardening of screws
and bolts M8 and M10.
The plant was built by the company Grimm Zuführtechnik. It is
designed for approx. 70-80 parts per minute (depending on the
component) and has various monitoring options (temperatures, component
heights, component types, rotation, etc.).
The components are conveyed from a hopper belt via a steep conveyor to
a linear sorter and from there are separated and transferred to an
8-station indexing table with 2 nests per station.
A 50kW HF generator from IDEA is connected, which provides further
monitoring (energy quantity, earth fault monitoring, flow quantity and
water temperature of the inductor, etc.).
The plant has its own tank for quenching water, from which the
components are transported out by means of a magnetic discharge belt.
Subsequently, the components are demagnetized.
The quenching medium is filtered by a cartridge filter.
The plant was built in 2019 and has unfortunately never been fully
operated by Corona, so it is as good as new.
