Pre-milling Unit:
2 diamond tools for a perfectly clean edge without tear-out.
Thanks to powerful motors, it easily handles edging of plywood and
blockboard.
1 set of pre-milling cutters is installed, plus 1 completely new spare
set.
Glue Unit:
Top glue pot with fast heating, approx. 3.5 minutes.
We used exclusively Dorus K351 glue, which causes only minimal
build-up in the glue pot and ensures a perfect glue line, especially
on white and light-colored decors.
Pressure Rollers:
3 rollers, with the first one rubber-coated and with increased
pressure for complete adhesion and strong bonding of the edge to the
panel.
End Trimming Saw:
Precise trimming of edge ends.
Milling Unit:
Multifunction cutters for R1, R2 radius rounding or 45° chamfer
milling of the top and bottom edge.
Surface Scrapers:
For removing glue residue and final surface cleaning.
