However we have been producing more different products with up 50 cycles per minute, but they were no deeper than 40 mm. All movements are 140 mm with a recommended max. depth/hight of 120 mm We have been producing OPS, APET, PP, HIPS and ABS on the machine. The last few years mainly HIPS and APET The thicknest material we have been producing, were 2,0 mm HIPS, but I will not recommend more than 1,5 mm HIPS.
