The line enables the production of assembly panels in a semi-automated
manner:
simultaneous processing of multiple orders based on customer
requests,
already at the design stage, including preparation of the panel
layout on the shipping pallet,
the modular design of the line allows transfer between two or even
three assembly tables,
adhesive mixing and application are performed by an automatic dosing
system, ensuring precise quantities on the required surfaces,
assembled sandwich panels forming one layer on the shipping pallet
are automatically transported by a conveyor to a heated press, where
they are completed within approximately 15 minutes and prepared for
dispatch,
these are then automatically transferred by a manipulator onto the
pallet in the required layer arrangement and sequence according to
customer specifications,
final stage – wrapping with stretch film followed by shipment.
