NPL380 HG – Nanxing - Saw with feeder 2020
The machine is a horizontal panel saw for cutting boards, intended for
mass production of panel furniture. It is equipped with a 15-inch
screen through which the board cutting dimensions are pre-programmed.
The machine can be loaded manually from the front or automatically
from the rear to save man-hours and improve efficiency in mass
production. The lifting height of the main saw blade when cutting
boards can be set automatically depending on the thickness of the cut
boards. In the event of a power cut, the value settings are stored for
five years in the device´s memory, and the entire process is stored
in non-volatile memory.
The machine is designed for economical and precise cutting of wood and
similar materials such as:
- coated and uncoated chipboards, blockboards, MDF boards,
- solid wood,
- veneer,
- stiff plastic.
