Production lines:
1. Polyester fiber production line (Chinese brand)
Polyester fiber production line, manufactured in 2008, put into
operation in 2010. From the
end of 2012 until the second half of 2019, fiber production was
suspended. The productivity
of the line is 10,000 tons of fiber per year. The possibility of
producing fiber from primary raw
materials - PET granules and from secondary raw materials - PET flakes
(recycled PET
bottles). The main default raw material (as cheaper) is PET flakes.
The available spinneret
can be used to produce solid fiber 3, 7 and 15 denier, and hollow
fiber, 7 and 15 denier.
Hollow fiber can be produced in the "conjugated" type. Can
buy and use other denier
spinnerete according needs.
The main components of the line:
Fiber extrusion line
• Vacuum dryers, volume 8m3, heated with thermal oil, year of
manufacture 2011 – 4
units. + In 2019 instaled, elevators and a screw conveyor for loading
and unloading PET raw
materials
• Single-screw extruders diam. 170m, year of production 2018 – 2
units.
• Fiber extrusion line, 16 positions (8 positions for each
extruder)
• Conditioner for fiber cooling
• Extrusion components cleaning - three pyrolysis ovens and two
ultrasonic bath
Fiber processing line
• Two-zone fiber stretching section
• Mechanical fiber crimper
• Fiber coating spec. oils (e.g. silicone oil)
• Two fiber cutters (possibility to cut the fiber before and after
the dryer)
• Fiber drying-relaxation oven, 26m long, heated with thermal oil
• Fiber baling press (baler) with two independent chambers
Heat production
• Thermal oil boiler ICI Caldae OPX1200
• Steam generator Garioni 500kg/h
2. Washing line for secondary raw materials (PET bottles)
Washing line for secondary raw materials (PET bottles), manufactured
in 2008, put into
operation in 2010, fully renovated in 2019. From the end of 2012 to
the second half of 2019,
production was suspended. The productivity of the line is 700-1000
kilograms of PET flakes
per hour (depending on quality of raw material).
The main components of the line:
• Debaling of bottle packs
• Manual sorting conveyor
• Automatic plastic sorting machine Steinert UniSort PC1000, year
of
manufacture 2018
• Primary washing of bottles with a drum sieve
• Bottle crushers - 2 pcs.
• Cold rinsing of PET flakes - one bath
• Hot washing of PET flakes - 2 pcs.
• Friction washing
• Cold rinsing of PET flakes - two baths
• Drying of PET flakes with centrifuges and hot air
• Packaging of PET flakes in big bags
Additionally:
Optical sorting line for plastic flakes with sorting machine Buhler
Sortex E1E,
was used by the manufacturer as a demonstration device, year of
purchase 2019
Power supply:
1. Electricity connection from the 1600kW power transformer (two
transformers
of 1600kW each), currently the permissible power is 700kW
2. Natural gas inlet, own gas regulation point, gas reduction from
6bar to 3bar,
maximum gas throughput - 400m3/h, internal gas pipeline to devices.
