BATES Ultraschall Verschließgerät für Ventilsäcke mit außenliegendem Ventil.
Sackstopper, Positionsschieber, Ultraschallklemmen aus Edelstahl.
Steuerschrank neu, inkl. SPS (Siemens) und Ultraschallgenerator.
Komplettes Refit 2024.
Zur Integration in den Vollsacktransport Richtung Palettierung.
Sehr hohe Leistung, da nicht direkt an der Füllmaschine platziert - bis zu 500 Takte pro Stunde möglich.
Ergänzung von entsprechenden Abfüllanlagen (Ventilpacker, Luftpacker) möglich
Ergänzung eines Leersackmagazins und Sackaufsteckautomaten möglich - Lieferzeit ca. 12 Wochen ab Auftrag
Ergänzung eines Palettierroboters möglich - Lieferzeit ca. 12 Wochen ab Auftrag

BATES ultrasonic sealing device for valve bags with external valve.
Bag stopper, position slider, ultrasonic clamps made of stainless steel.
Complete refit 2024.
Control cabinet new, incl. PLC (Siemens) and ultrasonic generator.
For integration into the full bag transport in the direction of palletising.
Very high output, as not placed directly on the filling machine - up to 500 cycles per hour possible.
Addition of corresponding filling systems (valve packer, air packer) possible
Addition of empty bag magazine and automatic bag applicator possible - delivery time approx. 12 weeks from order
Addition of a palletising robot possible - delivery time approx. 12 weeks from order
