Füllventile optional feststehend oder mit Mitlaufbewegung, um der Packmittelbewegung zu folgen und höhere Leistungen zu ermöglichen

Basic design: Stainless steel frame with integrated product hopper, filling station with 5 piston cylinders and filling valves, drive unit, control unit.

Product hopper:

Made of stainless steel, with removable lid.

Fill level sensor for detecting the product level in the tank and automatic replenishment by upstream pumps/containers.

Product-contact parts in stainless steel or food-grade design, easily dismantled for cleaning.

Filling valves optionally fixed or with follow-up movement to follow the movement of the packaging material and enable higher outputs.
