Automatic operating parameters include dosing, suction, carriage movement and capping timing settings. The dosing controller firmware is PMR DOSATORE BRU_BRU v.3.10, while the operator software is v.1.08 m.The displayed program uses format 3 with one dose per container. Dosing and suction speeds are set at 50.0 mm/s, while carriage speed is set at 250.0 mm/s. The mobile filling nozzles support vertically moving operation, including static, insertion and anti-foam modes.Production Line Integration CapabilitiesThis complete bottling line integrates filling, capping, labeling, discharge handling and inkjet coding in a linear process. The installed printer software is HSAJet MK v2.01.
