Robot Picker manufactured by SCHUBERT Model Kekse Year 2001,
16-Robots, 8 x Stations It has been used for picking product (biscuits
or crackers) from 1200mm wide infeed conveyor and putting into trays
It has tray semesters to load trays onto the 2 tray conveyors, these
are filled then exit to converge into the tray singulator station
Customer has many set up tools, 3-4 different styles of pick up
tooling, manuals and spares, also the software and a laptop for
programming, etc. It was picking at around 600-800 pieces per minute,
can be seen running if required Has been recently packing biscuits and
crackers, round, rectangle, oval etc. Best used for pile pack, but
also has capability to pack on edge. 45- 55mm round, 60mm x 75mm oval,
45mm x 75mm rectangle, 30mm x 55mm rectangle PLC controlled, software
available on a laptop for the SCHUBERT (Siemens PLC) This all outfeeds
filled trays in a single feed row into a Flowpack Wrapper Manufactured
by BOSCH Model Linium 313 Year 2008 460Volts, 60Hz, 3phase
Automatically fed, box motion flow wrapping machine Flowpack has dual
roll auto splice, auto product feeder, print registration, date coder,
gusseting, vacuum to remove excess air from packs Wrapper uses Allen
Bradley Controllogix, so software is available from Allen Bradley
(subscription) Was doing multiple pack sizes at around 60-90 per
minute, shortest was 140mms, longest was 240mms
