Machine Condition & Maintenance History Current status: UNDER
MAINTENANCE. This second hand Tetra Pak A3 Flex is undergoing
scheduled servicing to verify aseptic integrity, dosing accuracy, and
sealing performance. Key wear parts are inspected and replaced as
required. As part of the A3Flex-100V Upgrade, the machine was enhanced
with the addition of 1 AB CPU, 2 AB network modules, 1 AB input
module, 1 AB output module and 1 GE communication module. The
equipment was upgraded from Danaher servo to AB’s latest servo, with
7 Danaher motors replaced by AB motors, together with network cables,
communication cables, connectors and 2 pull ear motor bases.
Maintenance logs, test reports, and commissioning checklists can be
provided. Manuals are included to support rapid start-up and operator
