Used PROCOMAC RM 36-42-6 filling monoblock, flat liquids 9000
BPHTechnical Specifications & Performance DataThe PROCOMAC FILLSTAR
BLOCK is a filling monoblock designed for integrated rinsing, filling
and capping of still products in PET bottles. Built in 2002, the PET
HAL 36/42/6 configuration combines a PROCOMAC GRIPSTAR rinser, HAL SF
filler and AROL PK capper in a compact rotary bottling unit for
beverage production and industrial packaging
applications.Manufacturer: PROCOMACModel: PET HAL

checkAdvanced Automation & Control SystemsThe monoblock is equipped
with a dedicated separate electrical panel and Siemens electrical
components. A Siemens S7 PLC provides machine control, while the ESA
9-inch touchscreen operator panel supports day-to-day operation and
adjustment. The electrical supply is specified at 380 V, 50 Hz, three
phases plus neutral, with a 24 V auxiliary supply and 10 kW installed
power.Siemens S7 PLC control systemESA 9-inch touchscreen operator

CapabilitiesDesigned as an integrated rinser-filler-capper block, this
machine can serve as the central filling station in a used bottling
line for PET bottle production. Neck-handling bottle transfer supports
stable container movement through the rinsing, filling and capping
stages. The quick format-change arrangement supports changeovers
between the listed 0.5L, 1.5L and 2.0L bottle formats, making the
monoblock suitable for production lines that require multiple package
sizes. The pneumatic cap elevator and feeder manufactured by BERTOLASO
supplies caps to the AROL capping section. Upstream and downstream
conveyor systems can be coordinated with the monoblock for integration
with bottle handling, labeling, secondary packaging and palletizing
equipment.Machine Condition & Maintenance HistoryThis second hand
filling monoblock was manufactured in 2002. Its integrated
architecture combines the key rinsing, filling and capping operations
within one machine frame, supporting a streamlined layout for beverage
production and industrial packaging. The enclosed stainless-steel
cabin and dedicated automation equipment are important elements for
buyers evaluating the machine for recommissioning and integration into
an existing production line.Operational Performance & VersatilityThe
HAL SF filling section is configured for still products and flat
liquids. The machine is designed for PET bottle handling and currently
includes 0.5L, 1.5L and 2.0L bottle formats. Its 42-valve filler and
6-head capper provide balanced processing across the principal stages
of the bottling cycle.A fully enclosed stainless-steel cabin is
pressurized by two LASATEC filter units. This enclosure arrangement
supports a controlled operating area around the filling process. The
neck-handling transfer system and quick format-change capability
contribute to flexible operation across the available bottle
sizes.Installation Requirements & Site PreparationInstallation
requires a 380 V, 50 Hz, three-phase electrical supply with neutral,
together with compressed air at 8 bar and 700 Nl/min. The dedicated
electrical panel and pneumatic cap-feeding system should be
incorporated into the site layout and utility plan. Adequate access is
required around the monoblock for operation, cleaning, format changes
and connection to upstream and downstream conveyor sections. The bottle
transfer system is designed for neck handling. Integration should
therefore account for the neck finish and bottle geometry used with
the PCO 1881 capping configuration and the listed bottle neck
diameters.Safety Standards & Compliance CertificationThe filling
monoblock features a fully enclosed stainless-steel cabin, creating a
protected process area around the rinsing, filling and capping
operations. The pressurized cabin uses two LASATE
