The used palletizer from KHS INNOPAL Lord 1BUN1 is a specialized
palletizer – a renowned manufacturer of machines for the beverage,
food and packaging industry from KHS. The INNOPAL Lord 1BUN1 series
model is known for its high efficiency (up to 420 layers/hour), which
gives 75 thousand bottles per hour of nominal capacity, in the offered
unit the capacity was set at the level of 45-50 thousand / hour. Due
to the configuration of other elements of the line, the said unit is
characterized by high flexibility and modular design, as it has an
additional automatic head for palletizing crates and cartons, so it is
ideal for palletizing crates, cartons, trays, returnable packaging or
bottles.
The year of production of the polarizer is 1999, installed in 2000,
the polarizer in 2016 underwent modernization (replacement of guides
with new ones), under the supervision of KHS service. In addition, all
