Main components and their function:
• Forming machine: film roll suspension for forming film, film
cutting and splicing table for forming film, two heating stations, and
a straight forming station, which together form the blister from the
film
• Labelling machine: Zebra 110Pax4 label printer, Herma H400 V15R
labelling unit for blister label application from the bottom with
linear movement motor drive, and Herma 400 V8L labelling unit applying
labels from the top, which apply labels to the blister
• Sealing machine: lid film feeding from a roll above, sealing
station, cooling station, hanger hole punching with waste container on
top, and mounting system for the longitudinal cutting unit, which seal
the lid film onto the blister, punch the hanger hole and perform the
longitudinal cut
• Punching machine: edge trim waste cutting unit, waste box for edge
trim waste, and punching station for horizontal separation cut with
waste container on top, which separate the individual finished blister
packs
• Product outfeed: linear conveyor belt of 3.25 m, which transports
the finished product out of the machine
