OF THE SYSTEM This rotary system applies a polyethylene stretch film
directly on the can at line speed, supporting high-throughput can
bottling machinery applications while protecting product contact
areas. Protects hygiene of the can on the top rim and lateral body.
Dry application without glue or heat. Permits drinking directly from
the can after application. Improves product presentation and
qualitative image. Maintains standard can stacking and palletizing.
Watertight to allow immersion. Suitable for warm distributors up to
60°C. Compatible with traditional multipack systems. Enables
decoration/customization for marketing and promotions. Adds an
additional on-pack advertising surface. 2 – MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Automatic machine for application of a polyethylene stretch film on
cans. The lower structure and the external walls of the machine base
are fully stainless steel AISI 304. The support base for the upper
part of the machine is composed of a stainless carbon steel in AISI
304. All moving items run on watertight bearings for minimal
maintenance. The carousel is mounted on a large-diameter ball bearing
for smooth, vibration-free rotation. Carousel drive gears, worm screw,
and can infeed star combine self-lubricating plastic components with
steel for durability and clean operation. Cans are fed by a
machine-synchronized conveyor, spaced by a worm screw, transferred by
the infeed star, and placed onto container support plates aligned with
the guide level. Designed for continuous-duty service on high-speed
lines, this unit interfaces cleanly upstream and downstream, including
with bph pump & equipment in process/filling blocks and downstream
carriers such as a paktech applicator where required. THE MACHINE IS
COMPLETE WITH: Drive group with electric motor controlled by an
electronic frequency variator (INVERTER) and digital production
indicator. CE-compliant safety guards with fully interlocked switches
that stop the machine when doors are opened. In-line stainless steel
can infeed conveyor. Set of change parts for one 330 ml can format
