Zum Verkauf steht eine Abfüllanlage des Herstellers Quiel, Modell AAGS, speziell entwickelt für die Verarbeitung und Abfüllung von Fleischstücken
Arbeitsweise der Anlage:
Das zu verarbeitende Fleisch wird mithilfe einer Hebe- und Kippvorrichtung in den Vorratsbehälter eingefüllt. Dort wird es durch die Mischeinrichtung kontinuierlich bewegt und anschließend über Förderschnecken am Behälterboden auf die Dosierbänder transportiert.
Eine Rakel sorgt dabei für eine gleichmäßige Verteilung des Produkts auf den Bändern. Am Ende der Dosierstrecke fällt das Fleisch über Abwurfschächte in die darunterliegenden Schalen oder Behälter.
Die Dosierzeit kann individuell eingestellt werden, wodurch sich die Portionierung exakt steuern lässt. Sollte eine einzelne Portion nicht die gewünschte Menge erreichen, ermöglicht die Steuerung einen Doppelabwurf, bei dem zwei Portionen nacheinander in denselben Behälter gefüllt werden.

How the system works:
The meat to be processed is filled into the storage container using a lifting and tilting device. There, it is continuously moved by the mixing device and then transported to the dosing belts via screw conveyors at the bottom of the container.
A squeegee ensures that the product is evenly distributed on the belts. At the end of the dosing section, the meat falls through discharge chutes into the trays or containers below.
The dosing time can be set individually, allowing the portioning to be controlled precisely. If a single portion does not reach the desired quantity, the control system allows a double discharge, in which two portions are filled into the same container one after the other.
