- Press pads, textile fabric with woven bronze threads, placed between heating plates and press plates to equalise tolerances and improve heat transfer
- Press cylinders, coated with tungsten carbide, generate the press pressure, last overhauled in October 2018 at 12.12 million pressings
- Vacuum transport unit, moves the press plates during plate changes
- Cooling unit for the press hydraulics, approximately 40 kW
